Job Description 

As we are growing, we are now looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the team and help develop our internal tools. You’ll work closely with the operation and support teams to improve their workflows and productivity. 

By focusing on our internal tools first, you will be able to get familiar with our architecture as well as our industry and the financial products we are working with, while working both on the frontend and the backend. 

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will: 

• Collaborate closely with our Product team to collect feedback from the Operations and Support teams, with the goal of enhancing platform usability and reducing errors. 

• Design, develop and maintain efficient and scalable internal tools and interfaces. 

• Ensure the application stays modern, reliable, and bug-free by following best practices and adopting relevant new technologies  

• Stay informed of the latest technology advancements in your stack, evaluate how they could be applied to enhance the platform and share your knowledge with the team. 

Technical skills 

• Expertise with NextJS in production environnements. 

• Expertise with Prisma in PostgreSQL production environments, including schema design and query optimization. 

• Familiarity with clean code principles and hexagonal architecture to ensure maintainable and scalable systems. 

• Full-stack development with deep backend expertise (API design, data modeling, performance) and advanced React (hooks, Suspense, Context API). 

• Professional fluency in English.  

• Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client in production environments is a plus.

• Demonstrated autonomy and initiative in fast-paced or complex environments  

• Structured problem-solving mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity  

• High level of attention to detail and a appreciation for design and UX  

• Clear communicator and writer, comfortable with written communication as a primary mode of collaboration
