The mission of this role is to build and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients that drive mutual growth, align with business objectives, and deliver sustained value through exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to support long-term business objectives
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients at multiple organizational levels
Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers
Advocate for customer needs internally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Identify and deliver technical and commercial solutions tailored to client requirements
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, engineering, service, and product management
Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder updates
Stay informed on market trends
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Strategic Account Management, Sales, or a comparable role in an industrial or technical environment
Strong technical understanding of complex products, systems, or solutions
Proven track record in managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and building long-term customer relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strategic mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment
