Supplier Performance Engineer (F/M) / Ingénieur performance fournisseurs (H/F)

Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture created in the summer of 2020 and backed by Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies). Our ambition is to produce electric batteries at the highest technological level while developing cleaner mobility that is accessible to as many people as possible.

Main missions :

Supplier’s performance evaluation :

• Be the focal point between ACC and Supplier during serial life

• Create and Report custom KPI for each Suppliers

• Organize Interface meeting with Suppliers

• Benchmark all ACC organizations to identify Performance criteria

• Insure interface meeting with SC and Quality ACC plant team (Field Retex)

• Organize and realize Supplier performance SC/ Quality/ Purch visit jointly with the concerned department

• Insure Supplier action plan monitoring and field verification

• Create Suppliers’ performance Engineer Standard Documentation and Insure periodical review

• Implement Escalation process and insure communication with Suppliers

Quality :

• Go through ACC IATF awareness training session (elreaning)

• Insure proper documentation management according IATF / Iso 9001 requirement

• Organize crossfunctional meeting to establish Supplier Ranking

• Update QS and SC dashboard/scorecard/support quality organization

• Insure CSR (Customer specific Requirement) on ACC suppliers are taken into account to evaluate supplier performance (ACC Compliance Matrix)

Project :

• Help in Suppliers selection for new project by providing feedback on suppliers current performance

• Provide data to support SC/IT/Quality/Logistic project when required

One Team Spirit :

• Provide onboarding session to new team member when required

• Organize team training session to share skills/knowledge when needed

• Support other team members to reach collective objectives

Skills requirement :

Knowledge :

• Communication to Suppliers

• Suppliers Assessment

• Risk Assessment/Risk Mitigation

• Reporting/Presentation skills

• IATF or Iso 9001 user knowledge

• Anti-trust

Experience :

• Minimum 5 years of experience

• Supplier Relationship in industry

• Chemical Process knowledge/Mechanical process knowledge

Qualifications :

• Bac+5, Chemical Engineer/Mechanical Engineering / Master in Sciences

• English fluent

Key behaviours :

• Rigorous, Organized, Autonomous, Reactive, good communication and redaction skills, team player

Some extra skills which make the difference :

• Background in battery or Chemical industry or Automotive industry

• Previous experience in Supplier Performance Evaluation

• German, Italian, any additional language covering Suppliers area
