Tot jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden behoren:

• Opstellen van wervingsplannen en strategieën
• Plaats vacatures op verschillende platformen en kanalen
• Screenen CV en sollicitatiebrieven
• Het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en het uitvoeren van assessments
• Adviseren van het management bij de selectie van kandidaten
• Contact onderhouden met kandidaten en een talentenpool opbouwen

• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
• Uitgebreide kennis van werving en selectie processen
• Ervaring met het gebruik van verschillende wervingskanalen en -tools
