About the Role

We are currently supporting an international client based in Belgium in the search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen their recruitment team in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a seasoned recruiter with strong experience in the tech industry, capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for tech and/or digital roles

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define sourcing strategies

  • Proactively source and attract top talent using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, direct approach, etc.)

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices

  • Drive recruitment projects and contribute to process improvements

  • Track and report on recruitment KPIs and pipeline activity

Profil recherché

Profile

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on tech roles

  • Proven experience in an international and/or fast-paced environment

  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing and stakeholder management

  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with a high level of autonomy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in French and Dutch or

  • Fluent in French and English
