Job description

People & Culture Management:
• Trustful and close collaboration with the regional board, local Office Heads and Talent Development Europe
• Assurance of visibility within the group to promote and challenge employee engagement
• Close collaboration with the People & Culture Team
Talent Development:
• Organization and preparation of workshops and trainings via own organization system as well as PGs online learning platform
• Supporting and partly executing of delivering workshops and trainings
• Main contact person for external suppliers in Talent Development and close collaboration
• Close collaboration with the Office Management to ensure a smooth experience for all people involved
• Travel management for participants and trainers (internal & external)
• Significant experience in an administrative position, ideally in Human Resources or Talent Development in a service-oriented environment
