Technical Documentation Coordinator (H/F/X)

Join a mission-critical IT program supporting a prestigious international defense organization. Join Leonardo as a Technical Documentation Coordinator to ensure the effective management, coordination, and quality of technical artifacts produced by a high-performing IT project team. In this role, you’ll help ensure project deliverables are complete, consistent, and compliant — supporting the delivery of cutting-edge defense IT capabilities in a complex and secure environment.

What you will do :

• Coordinate and manage project artifacts (designs, documents, test evidence, code, etc.) produced by the project team.

• Track versions and maintain accurate records of deliverables and supporting materials.

• Ensure artifacts are collected, organized, and integrated into formal customer deliverables.

• Support configuration management and quality assurance processes, working closely with the Configuration Manager and Quality Manager.

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with project standards for versioning and traceability.

• Facilitate storage and retrieval of technical materials using document management or version control systems.

• Support audit readiness and reporting through clear, accurate records.

What we are looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in document control, technical data coordination, or configuration management support.

• Experience managing technical project artifacts in IT or engineering environments.

• Familiarity with document management tools, version control, or configuration management repositories.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication in English.

• Must be eligible to obtain a NATO or EU Secret security clearance.
