As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for our software products and systems. You will collaborate closely with our development, product management, and quality assurance teams to produce user manuals, online help, release notes, and other technical materials that enable our customers to maximize the value of our products.
Your first role will be to help implementing a knowledge base in the company by organizing, capturing, and distributing knowledge to improve overall efficiency and decision-making within the organization.
Proficiency in the English language, including strong verbal and written communication skills is mandatory.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES :
Document Creation: Create and update user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and other technical materials in English to ensure clarity and comprehensibility.
User Assistance: Develop online help systems and interactive guides to assist users in navigating and troubleshooting our software.
Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit documents for grammar, style, and consistency to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to obtain accurate information and insights.
Knowledge Base Implementation & maintenance: Help implementing a comprehensive knowledge management system to store and organize the company's information and expertise.
6. Create and maintain content within the knowledge base, including articles, documents, manuals, FAQs, and multimedia resources.
Develop content creation guidelines and ensure consistent quality and relevance of materials.
8. Create a governance to ensure the Knowledge Management lifecycle.
Proficiency in the English language, including strong verbal and written communication skills is mandatory.
