Tennis Coach

Building on the success of its world-renowned Academy in the South of France, Mouratoglou has been bringing its coaching methodology to players worldwide since 2020. With 27 centers across Greece, Malaysia, Italy, the UAE, the United States, and Indonesia, players of all ages and levels can enjoy the unique Mouratoglou experience.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Tennis Coach to join the Mouratoglou Tennis Center Costa Navarino in Greece, an exceptional setting to coach and inspire players under the Greek sun.

This is a fixed-term contract from April/May until October 2027, with potential opportunities to progress into a full-time, permanent role at one of our centers worldwide.

• Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy

• Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology

• Develop the client’s tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly

• Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback

• Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player

• Organise and support events and facilities

• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values

• Tennis coaching certificate

• Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels

• Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)

• Passion and willingness to learn

• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)

• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
