Tennis Directors - Florida & Caribbean

Leveraging the success of its world-famous Academy in the South of France, Mouratoglou has extended its coaching methodology beyond borders since 2020. Through its existing 18 centers in Greece, Malaysia, Italy, the UAE, the United States & Indonesia, players of all ages and levels can enjoy the unique Mouratoglou experience worldwide.

As part of our continuous international growth, Mouratoglou is recruiting several Tennis Directors to join the Mouratoglou team in Florida and the Caribbean.

RESPONSABILITIES & MISSIONS

• Lead & Operate Racket Sports Programs

  • Oversee the full scope of daily operations while managing and developing a team of coaches and staff, ensuring smooth execution and high service standards.

• Develop High-Quality Program

  • Create and structure a complete offer including clinics, academies, leagues, tournaments, and special events for both junior and adult players.

• Drive Growth & Performance

  • Identify opportunities to increase participation and revenue across tennis, pickleball, and padel, with a strong business-oriented approach.

• Ensure Premium Member Experience

  • Build strong relationships with members and guests, fostering an engaging, community driven atmosphere tailored to a luxury clientele.

• Maintain Strong On-Court Involvement

  • Deliver coaching sessions and supervise program quality, while mentoring the coaching team.

• Authorized to work in the US

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams while managing day-to-day operations in a club,

resort, or multi-sport environment

• Strong experience in developing and structuring racquet sports programs

• Business-driven mindset with the ability to grow activity and revenue streams

• Player background and coaching experience : tennis (pickleball, and padel ideally)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, suited to an international, high-end

clientele

• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, staffing, and logistics efficiently

• English required; Spanish is a plus

• Professional presence aligned with luxury hospitality standards

•Team player, able to work in a multicultural environment

•Fluency in English, any other language is an asset
