Job description
As a member of our Customer Care team, you'll support our customers throughout their journey with SamBoat.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Meet customer needs;
Handle calls and emails from French and international customers;
Provide tailor-made offers adapted to customers' needs;
Contact owners by telephone and e-mail;
Handle disputes;
Ensuring the quality of the SamBoat service.
Profile
You will be working on Saturdays & Sundays from May to September.
Available from May / June to September included.
Example of working hours: From Saturday to Wednesday in high season / From Tuesday to Saturday in mid-season.
The perfect future team member:
FLUENT in several languages: in French, Spanish & English)
Open to students with at least 2 years of University
Perseverance and a sense of service
Good interpersonal and commercial skills
Comfortable with IT tools
Bonus: knowledge of the nautical world
