Job description

As a member of our Customer Care team, you'll support our customers throughout their journey with SamBoat.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Meet customer needs;

• Handle calls and emails from French and international customers;

• Provide tailor-made offers adapted to customers' needs;

• Contact owners by telephone and e-mail;

• Handle disputes;

• Ensuring the quality of the SamBoat service.

Profile

You will be working on Saturdays & Sundays from May to September.

Available from May / June to September included.

Example of working hours: From Saturday to Wednesday in high season / From Tuesday to Saturday in mid-season.

The perfect future team member:

• FLUENT in several languages: in French, Spanish & English)

• Open to students with at least 2 years of University

• Perseverance and a sense of service

• Good interpersonal and commercial skills

• Comfortable with IT tools

• Bonus: knowledge of the nautical world
