Nous recrutons un Automation Developer (RPA & Scripting), pour le compte d'un de nos clients qui évolue dans le secteur de la Télécommunication.

This role accelerates operational efficiency by converting repetitive, manual work into reliable automations using RPA and Python scripting. It directly improves customer and employee experience by reducing turnaround time, errors, and cost, while enabling teams to scale without increasing headcounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain automations using RPA and Python scripting to

eliminate repetitive manual work

• Translate business process requirements into automation designs with clear rules,

validations, and exception handling

• Develop UiPath workflows by applying best practices (reusable components, queue-based processing)

• Configure and manage deployments through UiPath Orchestrator (schedules,

triggers, queues, assets, monitoring)

• Create Python automations for scripting tasks such as data processing,

reconciliation, report generation, file transfers, and API integrations

• Implement robust logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure production-grade

reliability

• Define and execute testing (unit, integration, UAT support) and produce evidence for

stakeholders/audits

• Ensure automation solutions meet security and compliance requirements, including

safe handling of sensitive data

• Document solutions end-to-end: process definition, solution design, runbooks, and

operational handover

• Work closely with business owners to measure value delivered (time saved, error

reduction, throughput improvement

Python Automation

• Strong Python scripting for automation (data processing, files, APIs, scheduling)

• Ability to integrate scripts with REST APIs and backend systems

• Experience building scripts with proper logging and error handling

Process & Automation Design

• Ability to analyze manual processes and design automation solutions

• Experience defining inputs/outputs, business rules, validations, and exceptions

• Familiarity with documentation (PDD/SDD, test cases, runbooks)

RPA (UiPath) – A Plus

• Hands‑on experience with UiPath Studio and best practices

• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, schedules, robots)

• Strong understanding of selectors, UI stability, retries, and exception handling

• Experience building reliable automations

Quality, Security & Operations

• Understanding of automation testing and production support

• Awareness of security, access control, and data protection in automations

• Strong troubleshooting and operational mindset
