Nous recrutons Un Corporate Specialist - Kolwezi pour l'un de nos partenaires dans le secteur de la télécommunication.
Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
· Contribute to achieving VBU sales targets.
· Understand and align with individual and sector sales objectives.
· Execute sales strategies defined by the VBU Sales Management.
Product & Solution Sales
· Promote and sell telecom and ICT solutions including:
· Mobile, Radwin, PABX, VoIP, Fiber, Satellite, M2M, Reverse Billing, etc.
· Maintain strong knowledge of all product offerings and new developments.
· Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
· Collaborate with Pre-sales and Technical teams for solution design and proposals
Account Support & Retention
· Manage corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
· Conduct regular client visits and maintain good working relationships.
· Support the implementation of retention strategies
· Coordinate internally (Billing, Operations, Customer Service, Technical) to resolve client issues.
Prospecting & Business Development
· Identify and target new corporate clients (private and public sectors).
· Conduct product presentations and sales pitches.
· Prepare and submit weekly prospecting plans to line manager.
Reporting & Sales Governance
· Maintain accurate and updated pipeline in CRM (Salesforce).
· Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of sales activities.
· Attend weekly VBU and performance meetings.
· Contribute to pipeline hygiene and opportunity tracking.
· Portfolio Receivable Tracking
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Economics, Finance, communication or related field
· Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
· Experience in telecom or ICT is preferred
· Fluent Mandarin Speaking .
