Position Overview:
As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, developing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to the management team. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving profitability, managing risk, and implementing sound financial practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and budgets.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies.
• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and ad-hoc reports for management review.
• Lead financial audits and coordinate with external stakeholders as necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus.
