We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Product Designer to join our Product team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research and Analysis:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.

• Analyze data and feedback to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and incorporate them into the design process.

2. UX/UI Design:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

• Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across different platforms.

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.

3. Interaction Design:

• Develop interactive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement.

• Define and document interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.

• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics.

4. Visual Design:

• Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.

• Select and create appropriate color schemes, typography, and iconography.

• Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual language throughout the product.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.

• Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders.

• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.

The role

The perfect future team member:

• Proficiency in Figma design tools

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience in UX/UI travel marketplace e-commerce or Saas with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
