Mentored by our Operations Manager and HSE Manager, you will contribute to align the local Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) strategy with the Group HSE framework across complex EPC projects, particularly in the Energy and Data Center sectors.

As this role involves close collaboration with operational teams, regular travel across Greece is required, mainly in Peania, Spata, and Kryoneri.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a key support interface between clients, local authorities, and subcontractors;

  • Conduct site audits and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety best practices;

  • Support and promote practical actions to improve safety performance on site;

  • Prepare HSE documentation and reporting (logbooks, KPIs, action plans, etc.);

  • Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis;

  • Perform risk assessments and contribute to continuous HSE improvement through KPI monitoring and corrective actions.

Profile

Recently graduated in Civil Engineering or holding a Master’s degree in Health and Safety, or a related construction discipline, you are eager to learn about Greek and international health and safety regulations and standards applicable to construction projects. You enjoy developing a broad project perspective and contributing to successful project delivery. You are fluent in English and proactive, with a results-driven mindset.
