You will support the Munich-based investment team in private debt and private equity transactions, allowing you to get a 360° view of Investing:
Analysis of the market, corporate strategies and financial performance of target companies (scrutinizing marketing materials, due diligence reports etc.);
Creation of LBO models and critical analysis of the business plan;
Draft of investment memos and participation in the Investment Committee meetings;
Active participation in the structuring and implementation of transactions (financing, contracts, negotiation, closing);
Fully integrated into the investment team, along with constant interactions with external advisors (M&A, due diligence providers, lawyers).
Education background at a leading University, Grande Ecole de Commerce or Engineering school with a specialization in Corporate Finance;
Previous work/internship experience in Private Equity, Private Debt, M&A or Debt Advisory, Strategy Consulting as a strong plus;
Thoroughness, autonomy, good writing skills, analytical spirit and ability to summarize;
Fluency in English, oral and written (fluency in German is a plus);
Strong motivation, team player and willingness to learn.
