About Us

We are a fast growing, customer-focused OMS SaaS Retail Tech company with > 80 clients. Our innovative software suite allows omnichannel brands & distributors to unify their stock (stores, warehouses, suppliers…), provide an accurate real-time delivery promise, and fulfil orders from every stock point. In 2024 we received a significant investment from the US Private Equity firm Summit Partners to further accelerate our growth, particularly in the United States.

In order to support our expansion, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to manage our Finance, HR, and Legal operations across multiple geographies.

You will have the opportunity to build and refine our Business Processes from the ground up. Your expertise will be pivotal in streamlining our operations, ensuring global compliance, and safeguarding our innovative edge. Working closely with all teams at OneStock, you will play a critical role in OneStock's strategy.

We are looking for a VP Finance / Finance Director to support our growth across Europe, UK, and the United States.

This is a challenging, hands-on, and entrepreneurial role that will allow you to work in an exciting, creative, and very fast-moving start-up environment, while also allowing you to work alongside some of the world’s best-known retail companies.

Mission

As a VP Finance at OneStock, you will work with diverse stakeholders internally and externally and be principally responsible for:

• Financial Leadership: Oversee accounting, FP&A, and reporting for all global entities.

• HR Management: Lead the HR team (HR leader, Talent Acquisition, Business Partner) to support our human capital strategy.

• Legal Oversight: Manage the Legal function to ensure regulatory compliance and process efficiency.

• Sales Support: Actively assist the sales team in negotiating contracts and structuring commercial deals.

• Operational Excellence: Serve as an operationally focused leader, ensuring internal controls and policies are robust and scalable.

• Strategic Growth: Support the expansion into the US market by managing cross-border financial and administrative complexities.

• Audit & Review: Conduct regular reviews of financial statements and compliance processes.

• External Liaison: Manage relationships with Board members, shareholders, external auditors, legal counsel, and consultants.

Requirements

You already have significant previous experience in a SaaS fast-growing company, you are a high-achiever and, in an ideal world:

• Finance Expertise: You have managed audit, budget, reporting, and consolidation processes.

• SaaS Metrics: You are familiar with B2B SaaS reporting, specifically ARR and subscription-based KPIs.

• Multi-Geo Experience: Experience at a company with a presence across different geographies and entities (specifically the US).

• Managerial Breadth: Ability to lead a diverse team: Finance (3-5 FTEs), HR (3 FTEs including HR leader, TA, and BP), and Legal (1 FTE).

• Commercial Mindset: You are able to support sales teams with commercial proposals and contract negotiations.

• Personality: You are hands-on, high energy, action-oriented, and possess an AI-forward mindset.

• Education: You hold a Master's degree in a relevant study domain.

• Language: You're fluent in French and in English.
