Webmaster/Content Designer

Lokad is a company created in 2008 and specialized in supply chain optimization. We help companies from different sectors (aeronautics, fashion, e-commerce, automotive…) to forecast and make decisions regarding their inventories. The majority of our clients are based outside of France, mainly in North America and Europe. Our team of about 50 people is entirely based in Paris, but composed of international profiles, mostly engineers. Lokad is growing rapidly and is always looking for people who can grow with the company

Key Responsibilities

• Website Management

• Maintain and update our website (HTML, CSS edits, CMS integration if needed)

• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and visual and technical quality

• Collaborate with developers or marketers when needed on web updates

• Multimedia Content Creation

• Act as a backup to support the production and editing of video content for our YouTube channel when needed

• Edit and publish multimedia content across various digital platforms

• Design & Visual Content

• Contribute to graphic design needs (e.g., visuals for events, social media, documents) or handle freelancers when needed

• Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Figma for mockups or visual creation

• Marketing & Communication Support

• Create visual or web-based content for LinkedIn, newsletters, or trade shows

• Help maintain brand consistency across all external communications

Who We’re Looking For

• Native French speaker, proficiency in English with strong written communication skills

• Very comfortable with HTML/CSS editing and understanding basic web architecture, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience

• Interested in video editing and content creation for online platforms. If you don’t have that kind of experience, we can provide the necessary training

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma with a keen interest for visual content creation

• A hands-on, curious mindset—you’re not afraid to try new tools or take initiative

• Someone who thrives in a small, versatile team where roles are flexible and collaborative
