Exciting Opportunity with a Prestigious European Organization !

Join our dynamic team as a Coordinator for the Archives Correspondents Network and Workshop Organization. Be a central part of our operations by coordinating a network of experts and organizing monthly workshops for a distinguished European administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Archives Correspondents Network, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all participants.

  • Manage the organization and execution of monthly workshops, including:

    • Defining the program for each session.

    • Recruiting speakers and subject matter experts.

    • Handling communications with participants, ensuring they receive all necessary information before and after events.

    • Preparing presentation materials (PowerPoint, working documents, etc.).

    • Overseeing event logistics and implementation.

    • Collecting and analyzing feedback from participants to improve future workshops.

    • Drafting detailed reports and summaries after each session.

  • Manage and update the content sharing platform to ensure all relevant documents are accessible to network members.

Profile

Skills Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Archives, or Document Management.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an operational role within archives management and/or document management.

Language, Computer, and Soft Skills:

  • Proficiency in both English (B2 level in reading, writing, and speaking) and French is appreciated but not mandatory.

  • Expertise in MS Office tools, particularly in creating and editing Word and Excel documents, as well as graphics.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint is essential.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • A customer-service mindset combined with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently.
