Reporting to the International Sales Director, the Zone Manager has the task of developing the profitability of dealerships and key accounts in his/her zone and expanding the network, while contributing to the overall success and growth of Schmidt Groupe through the brands Schmidt and Cuisinella. In coordination with Corporate Functions, the job holder is responsible for defining Sales Strategy (pricing, commercial conditions, product ranges, proposals for external growth operations), Operational Marketing (trade marketing and communication), Risk Management, Network Expansion, Network Animation, Network Training and monitoring performance indicators (KPI).
This role involves understanding and addressing the unique needs of the dealerships and key accounts, fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships with the agents, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management and strategic planning.
Main responsabilities :
The Zone Manager is responsible for the success of our expansion in the zone, overseeing all aspects of the business. He/She collaborates with leadership to strategize how best to roll out the country strategy and teams, provides expert local business insights in order to adapt and deliver the strategic plan.
He/She will have to coordinate with several Support Departments based in France such as Marketing, Sales Administration, Logistics, Concept, Finance, and Human Resources.
Prepare the local yearly strategy proposals (i.e regarding Expansion Network, Sales & Marketing), identify if opportunities for different possible business models and/or development approaches,
Set and meet goals for performance and growth. Follow-up and ensure efficient deployment of those strategies with the team,
Develop strong dealers thanks to business acumen and interpersonal skills, provides energizing conference event for the dealers,
Expertly negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable agreements and strengthen client partnerships,
Ensure that all aspects of business are running smoothly and are compliant with local regulations,
Serve as the effective bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination to meet client needs and expectations. Represents the Belgium Zone function on the Group's corporate bodies (for ex : the Strategic Expansion Committee, the Deployment Committee and the Finance Arbitration Committee),
Maintain budgets and allocate resources for projects,
Record, analyze, and report on data and metrics for progress and performance,
Thanks to his/her experience, contribute to develop the “ International spirit” within the Group.
What we expect :
5 years of professional experience in Sales and/or Business Development Manager (independent or franchise networks), Key Account Manager experience would be an advantage,
Experience in Kitchen /Interior Solutions Retail would be an advantage,
Education: BA, Master or MBA degree, or equivalent work experience,
International experience and interest for working in a European environment,
Experience in people management : leader with a coach mentality, leading by example, people -oriented with good communication skills (vs team, customers, corporate, etc.),
Strong Sales profile & proven knowledge in Marketing & Network Development,
Entrepreneur Spirit with P&L mindset and strong business acumen, Results & Action-oriented,
Strategic thinker with ability to adapt the offer, ability to design achievable plan,
Good negotiator & good organizer, structured and persevering,
Strong verbal & written communication in Dutch & English, knowledge of French required.

Salary Package : 65 - 85 k gross per annum
